Tranter US recently discovered that it had been the subject of a cyber incident. Upon discovery of the incident, Tranter US immediately terminated the unauthorized access and took steps to contain the incident. We promptly launched an investigation and engaged industry-leading digital forensic specialists to assist us in understanding the extent and implications of the incident
While these types of situations have become all-too-common worldwide, Tranter US recognizes the significance of this event and has quickly taken the appropriate steps to address it. As part of our ongoing commitment to the security of information, we are evaluating opportunities to further secure our systems to prevent a similar event from occurring again in the future.
